Challanges
Ensuring uninterrupted operation of power generation and desalination systems in extreme environmental conditions. Managing system redundancy to prevent outages and improve resilience against equipment failures. Reducing maintenance costs while maintaining high operational reliability.
Solution
Developed RAM models for key infrastructure components, optimizing availability and identifying areas for improvement.
Introduced a condition-based maintenance approach, leveraging real-time monitoring to predict failures before they occur.
Conducted an FMECA study to prioritize critical assets and develop targeted mitigation strategies.
Assisted in the implementation of an asset performance management system, enhancing decision-making for maintenance planning.
